Can I get out of the Classroom?
Animals/Vegetables and Logs
We have chickens that we have ‘incubated’ and hatched. These supply many eggs for the local community. We grow our own vegetables which the students help plant, water and pick. They are either cooked on the house areas or sold to local pubs or restaurants
Camping (Outward Bound/pursuits during the week)
During term 6, everyone goes on summer camp. This is an action packed week which includes Gorge walking, abseiling, kayaking and night hikes. These are great fun because of all the activities we do and because there are no lessons! Sometimes we go away on weekend camps and camp overnight in the local woods.
