Who is there to help me?

Everyone has a key worker. You will have regular one to ones, where you have the opportunity discuss any issues that may concern you.

Every afternoon, every house area has a group discussion. The subjects can vary, the school day and points are usually talked through, but the topic can be chosen by any pupil if they request it. It is important to learn how to respect others, everyone has the right to be listened to, and everyone is treated equally.

Each house area has a cook and cleaner, although all pupils are on a rota to do their bit!

Everyone at Coln House is here to make sure you feel safe, if you do not feel safe, tell someone.

We do not tolerate bullying of any kind, be it verbal, through the internet, mobile phones or physical. We have bully forms and carry out bullying surveys. It is important to tell someone if you are being bullied, otherwise we cannot help you!

There is a school complaints procedure. If you have a complaint, tell a member of staff if you are not happy. Mrs Rogers is the person who will advise you on any complaints you may have.
